Get found, Convert, Analyze - Increase sales, Targeted results.

Proper target market selection Target Market Selectionleads to good business connections.

Here are the 'old' ways of how things have been done:

  • A job has always been the standard of making a living
  • Real estate values always rise from decade to decade
  • People in positions of authority & leverage have always had degrees from prestigious colleges
We know how well these statements are holding up, let's talk about moving towards the future.

Today, building great websites / businesses need the best tools.

Starting with solid target market selection.   If you are serious about it, every website, new or being redesigned shall have the following 'if' getting found online, converting highly targeted customers, and having proper analytics to show you where you are, and what you need to do for improvement.  In with the 'New'.  Feed your website the necessary 'bits' to connect with that highly target market of yours.

•Have lots of quality inbound links.

•Be more helpful than flashy.

•Be educational, informative, nurturing, with very little selling.

•Blog often, and not just about yourself.

•Be consistent with colors, images, fonts, navigation messaging and layout.

•Optimize your website pages for search.  (SEO MN)

•Optimize your tile tag and meta tags.

 •Use 301 redirects

•Have a clean professional, trustworthy design.

•Make it easy to navigate (built for the specific target market).

•Make it accessible.

•Answer who, what, and why (and where if needed).

•Copy should be clear, not clever.

•Deliver quality.

•Make your content social and shareable – not static.

•Use multiple forms of content – videos, images, podcasts, etc.

•Use great offers to generate leads.

•Use calls-to-action that stand out.

•Use landing pages - if a few is good, a lot is better (We have 37 right now).

•Ask for the right information in the right amounts  at the right time.

Lists are easy to put together, easy to talk about, what isn't easy is the well-known process of continual improvement.  Even if you build every component in your website with all 20, reality will show that after a while without continuous monitoring / testing / improvement all performance measures will decline.  Search engines want it this way.

You see, the competition for top three rankings in search is being judged by search engines.  Those rewarded will be the ones who bring the best to their target market.  Be timely, be true to your market, be consistent.

Tru-Market is all about giving your online visitors the information to be educated, nurtured, and motivated to become customers, it's GPS For Business
